FULL CONFERENCE PASS
Full Conference delegates (EARLY BIRD 420 € / REGULAR 480€) will have access to the Exhibition, the Welcome Reception
on Sunday, sponsored seminars and activities, Conference track sessions and special interest groups, all onsite excursions, the official Conference bag and the Conference Proceedings (as soon as available).
Participation with the Congress Banquet is available at additional charge of 35 €.
DAILY FEES
Delegates that plan to participate only few days of the Congress can do so by paying a daily fee of 150 €.
STUDENT CONFERENCE PASS
The Student Conference Pass (200 €) applies only to students in full-time
education at a university with a valid student ID. Proof of your academic standing
will be required when you check in onsite. Failure to produce proof of your
student status will result in a charge of the full onsite Full Conference registration fee
of 480 €.
Young scientists sponsored by the Professor Tielen Fund Foundation will pay their fees in advance or onsite
following the rules of their grant set up by the PTF.
DISCOUNTS
Only one discount may be applied to an individual registration. Your registration must be paid (date of reception at the bank)
in full before the Early Bird and Discount deadlines in order to receive the pricing for
those discounts.
Early Bird and Discount deadlines
• EARLY BIRD registration & payment – until 15th April 2009
• REGULAR registration & payment – 16th April 2009 until Conference
ISAH Members get a member discount of 50 € on early and regular registration.
PAYMENT
Payment must be received prior to the event. Please be advised that your registration
is not confirmed until payment has been received in full. Please make sure that no bank charges,
exchange fees or other expenses reduces your payment. All fee-paying delegates
must pay German 19% VAT, which is included in the prices indicated on this website and your billing.
Please note that all payments must be made in EURO (€).
If you are paying by cheque, please note that the cheque must be postmarked by the
corresponding deadline date in order to receive that pricing.
If you arrive onsite with
a balance due, you will be required to pay the full onsite registration fee plus VAT for
the pass selected.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Delegates who cancel prior to the Congress start at Sunday, July, 19th 2009 will
receive a refund of 50% of the Conress fees. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and

EVENT CANCELLATION
In the event that XIV ISAH Congress 2009 is cancelled, delegates will be
refunded the registration fee they’ve paid. Cancellation of travel reservations and
hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the delegate.
No other expenses of any kind will be refunded by the Congress Organisation or by ISAH.
AGE LIMITATION
You must be 18 years of age to attend XIV ISAH Congress 2009.
PHOTOGRAPHY
XIV ISAH Congress 2009 is held in a public space, therefore we do not
prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors and other companies from photographing
Conference activities.
SOLICITING ON THE EXHIBITION HALL FLOOR
Suitcasing or outboarding is prohibited at XIV ISAH Congress 2009. We reserve the right to escort any individual from XIV ISAH Congress 2009 if they are reported to be soliciting on the Exhibition Hall floor and are not an XIV ISAH Congress 2009 exhibitor. We encourage delegates to support the paid exhibitors who, in turn, are supporting the industry. We also encourage you not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-exhibitor.
